Thank you for using Frank X Stein for KORG MS2000 and MS2000R synthesizers. These Terms of Service govern the usage of Frank X Stein and the user, Discord’s server, Discord’s group, Discord’s guild etc. (“You”, “Your”)

Service Availability and Quality

Frank X Stein is provided on an “AS IS” basis and generates sysex MIDI data for exclusively KORG MS2000 and MS2000R synthesizers.

Frank X Stein is provided on an “AS IS” basis, without warranties or conditions of any Kind.

Frank X Stein Discord is provided on an “AS IS” basis without warranties or conditions regarding firmware, software or hardware of Your KORG MS2000 and MS2000R devices. Using Frank X Stein at Your own risks.

Frank X Stein is provided on an “BEST EFFORTS” maintenance, the availability is not guaranteed.

Your access to Frank X Stein Discord’s bot can be suspended at any time for any reason.

Contents Rights

All Frank X Stein generated programs for KORG MS2000 and MS2000R are Yours and are not subject to any copyrights or rights. Terms and Service for copyrights or rights can change at any time.

If You give any kind of feedback voluntarily, this information can be used to improve Frank X Stein without any obligation or payment to you.

Limits and controls

Usage limits and controls are used to manage the cost of Frank X Stein for KORG MS2000 and MS2000R

User’s downloads limit per day

User are limited to 4 downloads per day (512 MS2000/R new generated programs)

Frank X Stein’s downloads limit per day

Frank X Stein Discord’s Bot for KORG MS2000 and MS2000R is limited to 2000 downloads per day.

The mentioned limits and all other controls can change at any time without warning or notification.
